- 900 health workers trained in EmONC across 26 counties

- Monthly regional blood drives targeting 47,000 units/month
Measurable reductions in 6 months — facility-level targets
The RRI targets a 15% reduction in facility maternal deaths, neonatal deaths, and fresh stillbirths across 26 high-burden counties. Skilled birth attendance is targeted to rise from 70% to 90%, and 4th ANC coverage from 52% to 70% — within the 6-month period.
